WHAT LEVELS DO YOU TEACH? Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced. We accept early Beginners (younger than 5 ), Late Beginners (Teens and Adults taking lessons for the first time).

HOW OFTEN ARE THE LESSONS? All students meet once a week, for 30 minutes or one hour, depending if you sign up for Private, Semi-Private and Group Class.
ARE LESSONS PRIVATE OR IN GROUP? We offer Private (30 minutes, once a week), Semi Private (One hour , once a week, maximum of three students per class) and Group Class (Once a week, one hour per session)

DO YOU OFFER IN HOME LESSONS? Yes, we can send a teacher to your home to give private lessons. Please send us an email at Enroll@ehollywoodmusic.com to discuss this option.
DO WE NEED AN INSTRUMENT TO TAKE LESSONS? Yes, so the child can practice at home in between lessons. FYI, we also sell instruments and we give special pricing to our students. (Guitar, Violin, Clarinet, Sax and Ukulele students must bring their own instrument to class)

WHAT SIZE GUITAR TO BUY:
All guitars (acoustic, classical, electric) come in different sizes: full (4/4), 3/4, 1/2, 1/4. Full size is the most common size and has the most choices to choose from. 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 sizes are for kids. All adults, regardless of their size, use full size guitars.
Choosing the right size guitar to use depends the arm's reach of your child. You can use age to determine the approximate guitar size for your child using the following chart.

ARE BOOKS INCLUDED? Books are not included but they are available for purchase at any of our three locations. Books will be assigned by the teacher on the child’s first day of class
DO YOU HAVE FREE TRY OUT? For students who don’t quite meet the minimum age requirement, we may schedule a free try out to determine if the child is ready. For some students who want to try it out first to see if they’ll like it, we can have them sit in class. Please send an email to enroll@ehollywoodmusic.com to schedule a “sit in” or “Free try out”
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC STYLE DO YOU TEACH? All students start with basic music lessons as their core foundation. Later, as they advanced we encourage students to try and get familiar with all genres of music.
OUR MUSIC RECITALS MANDATORY? Performance in our twice a year music recital is not mandatory but we encourage students to participate.
HOW MANY RECITALS DO YOU HOLD A YEAR? HM has two recitals a year held during Summer (June) and Winter (December).
MY CHILD JUST BEGUN TAKING LESSONS, CAN HE PARTICIPATE? If the teacher determines the student is ready and the student would like to participate, then yes, by all means.
DO YOU CHARGE REGISTRATION FEE? Yes, our Registration Fee is only one time as long as the student remains enrolled. If the student drops out and re-enrolls, you will have to pay for the registration fee again.
